Conditions specify the criteria that must be met for letter templates and paragraphs to render in tax returns. Custom letter templates and paragraphs created from a standard include the system conditions. You can append to the system conditions by adding conditions of your own in the Condition Editor. User-defined custom paragraphs do not include system conditions. You can add conditions if you want them to be generated in rendered letters, according to the condition criteria.
The Grammar Variable Editor is similar in appearance and function as the Condition Editor. This editor allows you to select the words to use as grammar variables and set the parameters for how they are to be applied in your correspondence.
