Catalog and override pricing for forms, records, and adjustments are applied from a return configuration set to custom client invoices printed for your tax returns. You can copy all pricing from one return configuration set to other return configuration sets. When selected, this feature copies the prices that are saved for each return type, tax year, and taxing authority. The settings on the main Custom Client Invoice return configuration set window, such as the preparation and processing fee multiplier options, are not copied.
To copy client invoice pricing, do the following:
- Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Configuration > Return configuration sets under Tax.
- Double-click a return configuration set on the navigation panel.
- Click Custom Client Invoice on the navigation panel.
- Click Copy pricing to other return configuration sets. The Copy Custom Client Invoice window displays all other return configuration sets that are configured for your firm.
- Select specific return configuration sets you want to inherit all custom client invoice pricing, or select the check box in the column header to select all return configuration sets.
- Click Copy to copy the pricing information.
