Reviewing and Editing Custom Client Invoice Pricing
The Client Invoice Pricing Table window allows you to review or edit default form and record pricing for a return configuration set. Form and record pricing are applied to custom client invoices printed for your tax returns. The pricing table lists form and record catalog pricing for a selected tax year, return type, and tax authority combination. You can add amounts for additional chargeable forms and adjustments as well as override the catalog pricing for specific forms and records. You can also create a default greeting to include on invoices.
To review or edit custom client invoice pricing, do the following:
- Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Configuration > Return configuration sets under Tax.
- Double-click a return configuration set on the navigation panel.
- Click Custom Client Invoice on the navigation panel.

Amounts entered in this grid override the amounts entered in the Client Invoice Summary Override window for the corresponding form types. Negative amounts are not accepted. - Field Input Charge. The price is multiplied by the number of worksheet or form input fields with data.
- Asset Charge. The price is multiplied by the number of assets across all entities in a return.
- K-1 Charge. The price is multiplied by the number of Schedule K-1s associated with an S Corporation, Partnership, or Fiduciary return.
- Select from the following additional options, if needed:
