Viewing Monthly Totals
                                                    The Month-to-Date Totals window displays actual to budget comparisons.
To view your month-to-date totals, do the following.
- Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and click Time transactions under Time Capture.
 - Click MTD Totals
 in the Productivity group on the Home ribbon. 
Select the month to display. - Select the staff member for whom you want to display totals from the Staff list. You must have rights to view others' transactions to select a staff member other than yourself from the list.
 - Use the 
options on the right side of the window to specify which transactions to display.  - Review the amounts in the calendar and the footer. 
Explain the calendar and its controls. - Do any of the following, if necessary.
- Print. Prints the month-to-date totals.
 - Refresh. Refreshes the window to update the summary with recent transaction activity.
 - Daily entry. Closes the Month-to-Date window and displays Daily Entry for the selected day.
 - Unreleased view. Closes the Month-to-Date window and displays the Unreleased Transactions window.
