Viewing Announcements

You can click the bell icon in the Client Axcess banner to access announcements sent by the firm. A number displayed on top of the bell icon indicates the number of unread messages.

To view announcements sent by the firm, do the following:

1. Click or tap the bell icon.
2. Click or tap the announcement you want to view. Announcements are listed from newest to oldest.
3. To close the announcements pane, do one of the following:
   • On a desktop computer or tablet, click or tap the bell icon again.
   • On a phone, tap the X in the upper right corner.

Note: Announcements are portal-specific. If you have access to multiple portals, you will only see announcements information for the portal that you are currently logged in to.
