Changing or Resetting a Password

You can change your own password using the procedures below.

Note: After you change your password, you will receive an automated email confirming the change.

Use this procedure if you remember your current password and can log in to Client Axcess.

  1. Do one of the following, depending on the type of device you are using:
    • Desktop computer or tablet. Click or tap the arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
    • Phone. Tap the menu button in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Change password.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter a new password.
  5. Enter the new password again.
  6. Click or tap Change.

If you cannot remember your password, do the following to reset your own password from the login page.

  1. Click the Forgot password link on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter the characters displayed in the image in the Secure code box.
  4. Click or tap Next.
  5. Select how you would like to receive the verification code. Your options are via email, text, or by a phone call if your user profile contains a phone number.
  6. Click or tap Send the Code.
  7. Note: You should receive the code within a few seconds. If you do not receive the code, click Resend.

  8. Enter your verification code on the Identity Verification screen.
  9. If you are on a public computer or device, clear the Trust this device for 90 days box.
  10. Click or tap Submit.
  11. Enter your password, then enter it again in the Confirm Password box. Your password must be between 8 and 32 characters and contain at least one each of the following:
    • A number
    • A special character
    • An uppercase letter
  12. Click or tap Save.
