Revoking Access to a Portal

The following procedure revokes a user's access to a single portal. If you want to revoke a user's access to all portals at one time, you can delete the user.

  1. Log in to the portal for which you want to revoke a user's access.
  2. Click or tap Client Users on the banner bar.
  3. Locate the user in the list. You can use the search feature or click a column header to sort the list by that column.
  4. Clear the Grant Access check box.
  5. Click OK.
