Managing Years for Document

Use the Years feature to set the years that will be available for use in Document. Added years are copied to all years folders in the folder templates.

ClosedAdd a year.

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Lists under Firm.

  2. Click Document Lists > Years on the navigation panel.
  3. Click New on the button bar or click into the first blank row in the grid.
  4. Enter the year.
  5. Press Enter on your keyboard.

ClosedDelete a year from the list.

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Lists under Firm.

  2. Click Document Lists > Years on the navigation panel.
  3. Select the year you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete on the button bar.
  5. Click Yesto confirm the deletion.

ClosedPrint the list of years.

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Lists under Firm.

  2. Click Document Lists > Years on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Print on the button bar.
  4. Select your print options.
  5. Click Print.

ClosedSearch for a specific year in the list.

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Lists under Firm.

  2. Click Document Lists > Years on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Find on the button bar.
  4. Enter all or part of the year.
  5. Click Find Next.
