Entering Staff Template Details

You can edit the template name and description. You can also mark this template as the default staff templateClosed This staff template is used whenever someone creates a new staff, unless they specify another template or copy details from an existing staff to create a custom template..

To add or edit a staff template, do the following:

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Staff Manager under Staff.
  2. Do one of the following to open the Staff Template -Template details section:
    • Click Add Template on the ribbon, or right-click and select New > Staff template from the menu.
    • Click Edit Template on the ribbon, or right-click and select Open from the menu.
  3. Click Template details on the navigation panel.
  4. Select a template from the grid.
  5. Enter a unique identifier for the staff template.
  6. Enter a description of the staff template, such as the purpose of the staff template.
  7. Note: You can select Default template for new staff if this template will be used as the default settings when creating a staff.

  8. Click one of the ClosedSave buttons or cancel.
