Authorizing Users to Select a Signer
                                                    Return configuration sets can specify the users who are authorized to print a signer's signature in tax returns.
To authorize users to select a signer's signature, do the following:
- Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Configuration > Return configuration sets under Tax.
 - Double-click a return configuration set on the navigation panel.
 - Click Signature Block on the navigation panel.
 - Configure settings for the signature block area of the return. See Configuring Return Configuration Set Signature Blocks for more information.
 - Select Require authorization for signer signature.
 - Click Authorize Users to display the Select Signer window. A list of signers configured in Staff display in the grid. The Users Authorized column displays Yes for signers with users authorized to print their signature.
 - Select a signer in the grid and click Authorize Users. Users who have been previously authorized are selected in the Authorized column.
 - Select one or more users who are authorized to print the signature for the selected signer.
 - Click OK to return to the Tax Return Configuration window.
