Using the Client Dashboard

The Client Dashboard displays a summary of client data in one convenient location. The Client Dashboard features available to you and the amount of client data that displays depend on your assigned Client Manager functional rights and client access.

Notes:

  • You must have access to the client and the Client Dashboard permission. These rights can be found in Client Manager functional rights, and in the client access group.
  • You can also access your Client Dashboard on your mobile device. CCH Axcess™ is available on both Apple and Android devices, with views customized for both phones and tablets.

Displaying Client Dashboard

  1. Click Client Dashboard on the Dashboard navigation panel.
  2. Begin entering the client ID or sort name. As you type, a list of matching clients displays.
  3. Select the client to open and press Enter. You can also scroll or use the keyboard arrow keys to find a client in the list.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Note: You can also select a client in the Client Manager grid and click Client Dashboard on the Client Manager Home tab.

Customizing Client Dashboard

You can customize the Client Dashboard to display more details associated with a client depending on your assigned rights, your licensed and installed products, and the availability of content in CCH Axcess applications.
