Managing Banked Hours

Banked hours are managed on an annual basis and established for staff in Dashboard.

If your firm activated banked hours in Staff Manager and you have access rights to enter banked hours, then you can access the banked hours maintenance window.

To enter banked hours, do the following:

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Time transactions under Time Capture.
  2. Click Banked Hours in the Productivity group on the Home tab of the ribbon.
  3. Update the From and To date fields for the time period you are managing banked hours for.
  4. Do any of the following as needed:
  5. ClosedAdd banked hours

    1. Click New on the button bar, or right-click the grid and select New from the menu.
    2. Enter information for the number of banked hours worked.

    ClosedModify banked hours

    1. Select a row in the grid and click Open on the button bar, or right-click and select Open from the menu.
    2. Modify information for staff hours worked.

    ClosedDelete banked hours

    1. Select a row in the grid.
    2. Click Delete on the button bar, or right-click and select Delete from the menu.
  6. Click Save & Close to save your changes and return to the previous window.

Note: To print the banked hours grid, right-click the grid and select Print from the menu.
