Viewing Monthly Totals

The Month-to-Date Totals window displays actual to budget comparisons.

To view your month-to-date totals, do the following.

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and click Time transactions under Time Capture.
  2. Click MTD Totals in the Productivity group on the Home ribbon.
  3. ClosedSelect the month to display.
  4. Select the staff member for whom you want to display totals from the Staff list. You must have rights to view others' transactions to select a staff member other than yourself from the list.
  5. Use the Closedoptions on the right side of the window to specify which transactions to display.
  6. Review the amounts in the calendar and the footer. ClosedExplain the calendar and its controls.
  7. Do any of the following, if necessary.
    • Print. Prints the month-to-date totals.
    • Refresh. Refreshes the window to update the summary with recent transaction activity.
    • Daily entry. Closes the Month-to-Date window and displays Daily Entry for the selected day.
    • Unreleased view. Closes the Month-to-Date window and displays the Unreleased Transactions window.
  8. Click Close.
