Copying a Group

Use the Save Group As option to save a copy of information from a selected group, creating a new group. You will also have the option to save the new group as a or a private or shared group.

To copy a group as a shared or private group, do the following:

  1. Select a group on the navigation panel and do one of the following:
    • Click in the Create group on the Groups tab.
    • Right-click and select Save Group As from the menu.
  2. Enter a name for the new group. Names must be unique in each folder.
  3. Enter general information about the group. ClosedExplain the window components.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.

The new group is saved in the same folder as the original group; however, you can drag the new group to another folder location within the active navigation panel area.
