Restoring Deleted Returns

In Return Manager, you can restore deleted tax returns.

  1. In Return Manager, click Recycle Bin from the View drop-down menu located in the lower left corner.
  2. Select one or more returns in the grid.
  3. Click Restore Selected.
  4. On the Recycle Bin Report window, review any Partial Success, Exception, and System Error statuses and the associated comments for returns that were not restored or fully restored.
  5. Note: The Partial Success status may require you to select a signer or a different return configuration set in the restored return.

  6. Do any of the following, if needed:

    Print Click Print on the button bar to send the report information to any printer device on your machine for reference or filing purposes.
    Export Click Export on the button bar to save the report information to an XLS file.

Note: You must have the functional rights to both add and delete tax returns to use this feature.
