Using the Firm Priorities Window

Use the Firm Priorities window to select priorities to include in a project type. The priorities assigned to the project type will be available in templates and projects of that project type.

ClosedHow do I get to this window?

  1. Do one of the following to open the Types list:In Dashboard. Click Application Links, and then click Configuration > Project types under Workstream.In Workstream. On the Manage ribbon, click Types.
  2. Select a type in the grid and then click in the button bar.
  3. Click Priorities on the navigation panel.
  4. Click Firm Priorities on the button bar.

The grid at the top of the window lists the priorities that are available to add to the project type. The grid at the bottom lists the priorities that have already been assigned to the type, if any.

Note: Priorities are created and managed in the Workstream Lists. If you have the appropriate rights, the Add Firm Priorities and Edit Firm Priorities buttons display at the bottom of the window. You can use these buttons to open Workstream Lists and make changes to the priorities for your firm.

ClosedAdd a priority to the type.

  1. In the top grid, select the priority you want to add to the project type.
  2. Clickto add the priority to the project type.
  3. Click OK.

Note: You can also clickto assign all priorities to the type.

ClosedRemove a priority from the type.

  1. In the bottom grid, select the priority you want to remove from the project type.
  2. Click to remove the priority from the project type.
  3. Click OK.

Note: You can also clickto remove all the priorities from the project type. Doing so does not remove priorities that already have been saved to the project type.
