You can edit project information for an individual project or for multiple projects. You have a choice of three editing methods:
Individually. The profile for each project selected for editing displays in a separate window. This method is best used if you have just a few changes to make.
Individually in a group. The profiles for projects selected for editing display sequentially in the same window. You can move forward or backward through the list of projects without exiting the window. Use this mode if there are many projects requiring a variety of profile changes.
As a group. Select this method if you need to make the same change to many projects. After selecting the projects, you can make a single change that is applied to all of the selected projects at one time. You have the option of confirming these changes before they are applied. Information that is specific to individual projects cannot be edited using this method.
The method that is best for your situation depends on how many projects require changes and the number and type of edits that are required.
To select items next to each other, press and hold Shift while clicking the first and last items in the list. To select items that are not next to each other, press and hold Ctrl while clicking each item you want to select.
Click Update Multiple > Individual in the Edit group on the Home tab or right-click the project list and select Update Multiple > Individual from the menu. The Project window displays.
Click a section on the navigation panel that has information to edit.
Edit the information in the section as needed. Click the help button in the upper-right corner of the window if you need more assistance with each section.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all changes have been made to this project.
To select items next to each other, press and hold Shift while clicking the first and last items in the list. To select items that are not next to each other, press and hold Ctrl while clicking each item you want to select.
Click Update Multiple > All Selected in the Edit group on the Home tab or right-click the project list and select Update Multiple > All Selected from the menu. The Update Multiple - All Selected window displays.

Reverses any edits you have made without exiting the window. The button is available when you have made changes. The system prompts you to confirm that you want to reset the data. Click Yes to reset the data or No to stop the process.
Continue
Opens a confirmation window in preparation for saving the edits. The button is available when you have made changes. The system displays a window for you to review and apply changes before the edits are completed. Clear the Apply box for any change you do not want to apply, and then click Apply to make the selected changes. Click Cancel to exit the window without making changes.
Cancel
Reverses any edits you have made and exits the window.
