Branding Your Portal, Share Safe, and Client Axcess Sites

Your firm can brand its Portal, Share Safe, and Client Axcess sites with a firm logo or the firm name. The steps required to add branding to your sites vary depending on the products your firm licenses. Click the link for your firm's configuration below to view instructions for branding your sites.

Notes:

  • In Share Safe, the firm logo displays only on the login page. Subsequent pages display only the firm name.
  • Logo images must be no larger than 558 x 144 pixels and no smaller than 279 x 72 pixels. Valid image file types are JPG, BMP, and PNG.

ClosedMy firm licenses Document but not Portal

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Settings and defaults under Firm.
  2. Click Document > Firm Name and Logo on the navigation panel.
  3. Select to either display the firm name or the firm logo.
    • If you choose Use firm name, the name entered in the Application Links > Firm > Settings and defaults > General window will display on your applications.
    • If you choose Use firm logo, you can Closedupload your logo. 
      1. Click.
      2. Navigate to and select the image to upload.
      3. Click Open.
      4. Verify that the correct image displays in the preview box.
      5. Click Upload.
      6. Click Close.
      7. Click OK.

Note: To remove a logo from your sites, click Remove on the Firm Name and Logo window.

ClosedMy firm licenses Document and Portal.

Use the instructions below to upload your firm name or logo to your firm's Portal, Share Safe, and Client Axcess sites.

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Settings and defaults under Firm.
  2. Click Portal > Firm Name and Logo on the navigation panel.
  3. Select to either display the firm name or the firm logo.

      1. Click.
      2. Navigate to and select the image to upload.
      3. Click Open.

      6. Click Close.
      7. Click OK.
