Managing Notifications

Notification messages can be sent to the Notifications pane in Dashboard or the system email address entered in your staff profile. Open the Dashboard > Notifications tab in User Options to set your preference.

The conditions, messages, and priority of notifications can be configured in different CCH ProSystem fx locations. The following products include options to add, edit, copy, and delete notifications:

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Applications on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Utilities > Configure notifications.
Document Various
  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Applications on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Settings and defaults under Firm.
  4. Click Document > Email Notifications on the navigation panel.
Portal

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Applications on the navigation panel.
  3. Click Settings and defaults under Firm.
  4. Click Portal > Email Notifications on the navigation panel.
