Managing Discussions
You can reply to a discussion or send a discussion to an external contact via email. Administrators can also edit or remove posts. These options are available when you have the Document Discussion window displayed while viewing an open discussion.
To display the thread view of an open discussion, select it in any discussion grid.
The Edit Discussion window allows the person who created a post to make changes or updates to it.
To edit a post, do the following:
- Click Edit above a post you created.
- Make any changes in the Edit Discussion window. Explain the components of the window.
- Normal. Creates a discussion that is viewable by all users. Deactivates the Firm users and Send file as options.

When editing a Whisper post, you cannot edit the selected Firm Users or External Contacts.
