Review Available Updates (Client)

The Review available updates window displays a list of the downloaded updates for Install and Update Manager. This window is accessed from the navigation panel when you click Update.

Updates will become available on the Review available updates window after the updates are applied on your firm's server.

To update products, do the following:

  1. Click Check for updates.
  2. Select a row in the Downloaded Updates grid and click the box next to the product to be updated. ClosedExplain the components of the grid.

    Note: To review previous updates, click View Past Updates on the button bar. The products that have been previously downloaded and updated display in the grid.

  3. Click Start Updates to begin the update process and to display the Install Updates window in maintenance mode.
  4. When the Publish Updates window displays, click Publish to begin the update process. After the server, database, and client updates are successfully applied, the process closes the maintenance window and restarts any services that were previously halted.
  5. Note: You may be prompted to restart your computer after the update process is complete.
