Resetting a Locked Password

If you can't remember your security questions and you exceed the maximum number of allowed attempts to retrieve your password, your user ID will be locked.

To reset your password, you can either contact your administrator to reset your password, or you can contact Support.

If you cannot contact your administrator and need to contact Support to reset your password, do the following:

  1. Select Reset Your Password in the navigation panel on the Login window.
  2. Note: Reset Your Password is only available if you have exceeded the number of allowed attempts to retrieve your password.

  3. Call Support at 1-800-739-9998.
  4. When directed to do so by the support representative, click the Generate Security Code command link.
  5. Provide the security code to the support representative.
  6. Enter the unlock code provided by support in the Unlock code box.
  7. Click OK. You will receive an email with your new password. For information on changing your password once you have logged in with the new password, see Changing a Password.
