Managing Files in the Routing Queue

The routing queue displays a list of files that:

  • Are currently being uploaded to Document
  • Were successfully uploaded to Document in the past hour
  • Encountered an error during the upload process

If needed, you can sort the list of jobs in the routing queue by clicking the column headers.

Note: If a PDF without a routing sheet is placed in a folder monitored by Document, the system displays a message asking if you want to add the file to Document. If you choose to add the file, the system opens the Add Files window so you can select the location and metadata for the file. If you miss this initial notification about uploading the file to Document, you can still add the file to Document by right-clicking the file in the routing queue, and then selecting Add to Document.
