State Excluded ITC Basis

When calculating the state ITC basis adjustment and using the "Percent Excluded" feature, be sure to enter the excluded portion of the basis adjustment in this field. The amount entered carries to the "Basis Reduction Column" of the state depreciation and amortization detail report on the "Less Exclusion" line.
