Managing Client Associate Notes

Notes can be added to document specific information about your client associates. The Client Associates Notes grid lists all saved notes for the open associate. From the grid view, you can print or delete existing notes and display the Note - Client Contact window to add or edit notes. Information in the grid can be rearranged according to your needs for the selected client associate.

To display the Client Associate Notes tab, do the following:

  1. Open Dashboard, click Application Links on the navigation panel, and then click Client Manager under Clients.
  2. Do one of the following:
  3. Click Associates under Profile Information on the navigation panel.
  4. Do one of the following to display the client associate profile:
    • Add an associate. Click New on the button bar to add an associate.
    • Copy an associate. Select a client associate in the grid and click Copy on the button bar to create an associate based on the selected associate.
    • Edit an associate. Select an existing associate in the grid and click Open on the button bar, or double-click an existing associate.
  5. Click Notes on the navigation panel. Any existing notes created for the client associate are listed in the grid.
  6. Select from the available Closedoptions.
  7. Click one of the client associate profile ClosedSave buttons or cancel.
  8. If you also changed settings in the client profile, click one of the ClosedSave buttons or cancel.
