Using Help Information, Instructions, and Research

Options to access helpful information, instructions, and research are available on the Help ribbon tab.

In addition to tax research and Customer Support resources, Tax provides the following two similar and distinct Help systems:

• Product Help. Click Help Topics on the Help ribbon tab to display information and instructions for Return Manager and Tax application processes. See Using Tax Help Features for more information.
• Tax return input Help. Click Worksheet, Form, or Field on the Help ribbon tab to display information and instructions for entering input in a tax return. See Using Worksheet, Form, and Field-level Instructions for more information.
